How to Wake Up Beautiful?

While we’re asleep, our skin cells are still active and working hard in trying to recover from all  destruction caused during the day.  Though if you  using a night cream, this process will accelerate.
Here are some night tips that will dramatically benefit your morning appearance:

1. Find some time for sleep
The main rule of all the beauties isto sleep. The earlier you go to bed, the better it is for your body. From the evening until 4am, the   maximum of melatonin is being  produced in your skin. Melatonin is an active fighter against stress and free radicals. The sooner it intrudes on the shift, the better for the skin. Sophia Loren has been living with this idea  for a long time and even in her 71 she is full of  woman's attractiveness and magnetism. The actress goes to bed each day not later than 9 p.m.

2. Solve your skin problems
If you have skin problems, spend the night doing some kind of a ritual, f.ex apply a remedy for acne on your clean skin, and then put  moisturizer all over your face.

3. Make a mask
Make a mask before a bedtime and the next morning you face skin will definitely look good. Especially good are cleansing masks, lifting masks and eye skin edema masks; due to its abilities to stimulate circulation and eliminate fluid excess from your body.

4. Relax
Take a warming bath with sea salt or seaweed extracts before going to bed. It will help to bring the accumulated daily toxins and start the process of fat reduction. By the way, after having a bath, it's just the right time to apply the anti-cellulite products. Active ingredients that are found in night creams for slimming, stimulate the production of lipase - the enzyme responsible for lipolysis.

5. Pick a night cream
In case of a skin care, a moisturizer is an excellent option . Moisture fills the cells, and strengthens them, smoothes wrinkles and improves the skin tone. But at the same time, the day time moisturizer, even a very good one,  should not be used at night. Day Cream -protects,Night cream- recovers.

Do Not:
Apply a night cream with a thick layer. The rule of  “more is better” is not suitable to  night creams. The dense texture becomes a mask, therefore your skin can’t breathe, and thermoregulation is disturbed. For comparison, imagine a greenhouse, where humidity and heat have no possible way to escape.
Massage the abdomen in a circular motion clockwise - it helps digestion, and, therefore, clears the skin.

Always Yours,
Rusinka

I Love Chanel

Greetings to All of You.
I would like to share with you my impressions from a make-up removal from Chanel. To tell you the truth I tried a lot of different brands and types of cleansing products: gels, creams, foams, etc , depending on my skin condition. Even now, I have at least 3 or 4 on my shelf.
The description of the manufacturer: the Clearing foaming cream + protective action against environmental contaminations. Dense cream structure MOUSSE DOUCEUR turns to foam once in contact with water. It clears your skin from pollution and harmful substances, as well as also completely removes the make-up. Ideally cleared skin again becomes elastic and velvety. Use in the morning and in the evening on your face and a neck. Avoid the area around your eyes. On a component: the basic component - tulip t tree that has been planted in cities worldwide to help clearing the air of environmental contaminations. Brilliant green leaves of a tree are covered by protective wax that allows detaining polluting substances which in a consequence were washed off by a rain on their surface. In CHANEL PRECISION the extract from tulip trees is used for removal of the pollution caused by environment and promotes integrity of natural protective barriers of a skin. It helps to prevent damages of free radicals which can lead to early aging of your skin.
My impressions:  This product of white nacreous color and with very pleasant fresh smell. I use it by applying it on my face sponge. It is very convenient, and the cream foams really well, so you will need just a pearl size drop to wash your entire face. It took me 3 month to use whole tube. Another big plus I discovered, is that it is very easy to rinse this foam off my skin. I would wash my face twice and all of the foam would disappear which is not the case for many of the other clearing products that I have tried. After application, my face feels fresh and clean.  With my dry skin, after washing my face with this foam, I didn’t have a feeling that my face is tightened. Of course, after that I apply face cream, since as I’ve mentioned before, my skin is very dry and inclined to peel. This product is a 100% very pleasant in use, which absolutely fulfills its direct duties promised by manufacturer.
Kindly Yours,
Rusinka Doll

Beauty Recipes from All Over the World

Every woman, no matter what country she is from, has her own secrets of attractiveness, which been improved by centuries. With that in my mind, I’ve decided to dig into beauty culture of every country where at least once woman was called “Diva”. In addition, I specifically concentrated on beauty secrets, consisting of natural components from all over the world.
Let’s start our little adventure in the world of beauty my Divas.
Piece of Beauty Puzzle From England
Tea at five o’clock is a tradition that takes its beginning from ancient times. Most inhabitants of foggy Albion stick to this heritage. Do not throw away used tea bags; leave them over night in the refrigerator and in the morning lay them on your eyelids for a couple of minutes. This will help you to wake up, get rid of puffiness and dark circles under the eyes.
"Oatmeal, sir" - exclaimed loudly butler Barrymore, who seemed to be the incarnation of a classic English character. Indeed, for centuries, most British traditionally have porridge for breakfast. Over and above, oats are rich in vitamin B and beneficial in fiber. More than that, oats can be also used as a cosmetic instrument.
 Take:
• 4 tbsps. of oatmeal;
• 2 tbsps. of cream.
Pour cream into cereal and leave to swell. Spread this mixture on the face, leave for 20 minutes. After the procedure, carefully remove the mask with a napkin and rinse face with cool water. This mask will make your skin look mat and tender.
Piece of Beauty Puzzle From Italy
For centuries Italian women owe smooth skin and shiny hair because of almond oil. If you have a desire for beautiful and shiny hair, or having a dry scalp, regularly apply a few drops of oil and gently massage into hair roots.
You can prepare a special emulsion for massaging your head if wanted:
• 4 Tbsp of almond oil;
• Juice of a half a lemon.
Mix oil with the juice, heat on a water bath. Regularly rub a warm mixture into the hair roots before washing.
Nutritional wraps with the addition of almond oil are suitable for all hair types. A good hair mask is obtained by mixing:
• 2 raw egg yolks;
• Juice of a half a lemon;
• 1 tsp of almond oil
Put the resulting mass on the scalp and leave for about half an hour; then wash your hair (without soap). Finally rinse your hair with warm water, adding a lemon juice (2 tbsps. per gallon of water) or apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp. per gallon of water).
According to the historical chronicles, Catherine de' Medici, the most famous woman of the XVI century, regularly made masks based on almond oil and renowned her silky skin. Scientists have shown that almond oil (due to the high content of vitamin E, is also called the vitamin of youth) improves the complexion. Oil can be used instead of milk as an eye makeup remover.
Piece of Beauty Puzzle From Poland
In order to follow the recipes of the Polish white-skinned ladies, you'll need milk and yeast. Mix yeast and warm milk in such proportions as to obtain a smooth weight resembling sour cream. Apply on face and décolleté. Rinse with cool water 10 minutes after, following with a warm compress. This procedure helps to get rid of blackheads and acne.
Chamomile ice is very popular in Poland and Russia as well. Add 1 tablespoon of chamomile in a cup of boiling water, let sit for 10-15 minutes, strain, and pour into molds for ice; place in a freezer. Wipe your face every morning and evening and the skin will always look as if you have visited a beauty salon.
Piece of Beauty Puzzle From Japan
Rice is the basis of Japanese cooking, thus rice diet is very popular our days. Interestingly it turns out that the power of rice is evident not only on the plate. Before cooking, soak the rice in a little amount of water for about 5 minutes and strain with a sieve. Cereal is ready to be cooked now, and the liquid part has absorbed a lot of substances that are weighty to the human skin. Using your fingertips gently massage it in your skin. Once your skin absorbs the rice water apply good nourishing cream on your face.
Piece of Beauty Puzzle From Greece
The sea, sandy beaches, olive groves have become symbols to resemble this country. Mix equal parts of washed sand, sea salt, adding olive oil so that you get a thick porridge. It is a great homemade scrub for home peeling. Now, apply this mixture to all problematic and tough skin areas: heels, elbows and knees. Then take a cool shower. Your skin will feel like silk!
Thank you for joining me in my beauty trip,

When My Skin Starts to Age?

We tend to think that there is no need for anti-aging creams until we are at least 25 years old. That is absolutely false… In case you did not know, the biological aging of skin begins when you are 14-15 years old.  OMG!
By the age of 28-30, the first signs of dull skin appear: skin cells peel badly, the keratosis layer grows thicker, the regeneration process has slowed down, the moisture evaporates faster, and there are a few visible wrinkles.
By the age of 50, changes become well noticed and difficult to hide: skin loses its elasticity, specifically, visible wrinkles under eyes and around lips are evident.
To help pause the aging of your skin, proactive and early skin care is paramount!
Well, as of myself, I truly didn’t know  that my skin started to age when I was 15 y.o. , but at the age of 22 ( I am 27 yo now) I’ve decided to protect my skin and fight aging before it will attack me.
This days, I’ve been using  Decleor Aroma Night Ylang Ylang Purifying Night Balm
Enough about this balm has been said, so I'll be brief: It has a gentle smell, light yellow color and melting texture.  The balm is very economical, I think even with regular use it will last for 9-10 months.
I usually use this cream during the summer, starting in March, that’s when my skin starts turning from normal to a combination with an oily T-zone and periodic inflammation from clogged pores in the summer heat. So, after the make-up remover and tonic (tonic Decleor) I apply a little balm on my face 30 minutes before going to bed.  By the next morning: my skin is pleasantly soft and smooth with less visible redness.  Within a couple of days, the redness disappears completely.  You can see the effects from this balm almost right away.  My pores are not clogged and my skin becomes less capricious and oily in the morning. I use this product daily and am not planning to stop.
GUERLAIN Issima Happylogy Glowing Eye Care-
Cure for the first wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness under the eyes.
My daily eye cream. Peachy color cream with soft consistency is easy to distribute under your eyes and very gentle on thin skin. That’s a perfect moisturizer for my eye care.  After a week of using it, my dark circles started to disappear and my first age-related changes are not visible at all.

GUERLAIN Issima Happylogy Glowing Skin Essence Facial Treatment Products
I usually apply a quarter-sized amount of moisturizer to hands and apply evenly to the face and neck. I love  that soft  and smooth feeling on my face.

As a result, each time I am going out, pretty much in every place, I am being asked for ID. It is annoying, but pleasantly annoying ))

With love, always young Rusinka

Do You Know About Inner Clock of Your Skin?

We all know, it is necessary to know your type of skin while selecting your skin care product. Pleasantly, it was discovered that our skin lives in its own rhythm and according to its own inner clock… so your skin will give you the best response to a cream if you apply it in coordination with your biorhythms.

Here is how it works and what I do:

4AM—7AM
Blood circulation becomes intensive. Glands of internal secretion start activating with the emission of hormones.  This is a great time for using light hydrating cream or serum.

8AM—10AM
Blood circulation is at its peak. During these hours, your skin is like a sponge, greatly absorbs everything applied on it. During these times, it is necessary to protect your skin with a good day cream suitable for your skin type.

11AM—12AM
At this time of day, you will notice an oily shine and enlarged pores, since your sebaceous glands are strenuously working. It is recommended to use tonic and matting products during these times.

1PM—2PM
This is the time of day where the first signs of “tired skin” and wrinkles become visible. Your skin needs quick rest- a refreshing splash of cold water and tonic.

3PM-6PM
The skin is absolutely unreceptive to any cosmetic procedures.

6PM—11PM.
Your skin actively absorbs oxygen. Use of a cleanser will relieve your skin from the tiredness of the day and allow it to breathe freely.

11AM—5AM
The skin intensively absorbs biologically active elements and nutrients contained in night creams.
I hope I was helpful here
Yours, Rusinka
