Kerastase Nutritive Oleo-Relax Masque

From the manufacturer: This masque provides gentle care and moisturizing for dry and unmanageable hair. Kerastase is based on natural vegetable oils that deeply nourish and moisturize hair and scalp. Wheat germ oil softens the hair, Hyaluronic acid and Retinol give your hair gentle moisturizing, and antioxidants increase your hair’s protection function.  Another ingredient of the mask is ceramids, which smooth the hair structure from root to tip. With the help of the Oleo-Relax Masque, dry hair and unmanageable hair become smooth, silky and protected from humidity causing excessive fuzziness and fluffiness.

From me:  Even though this mask was recommended to fit my type of hair, I was not really impressed with it.  I can’t say that it prevented my hair from becoming frizzy, but my hair definitely was easier to comb and style.  Besides that, I didn’t really notice anything incredible, even though I used it for over 4 months (while it lasted)

Kerastase Nutritive Masquintense - Intense Nutrition for Thick Hair

My opinion:  It is a good mask, one of my favorites. It nourishes the hair and makes it smooth, manageable and healthy.  Apply it on your hair and leave it in for 3-5 hours (for the best results) wear a shower cap.

Kerastase Nutritive - Oleo-Fusion

My opinion: I first shampooed my hair, than I apply the Oleo-Fusion and left it in for an hour or so, covered with a shower cap.  I then washed it off and applied Vita-Ciment.  In such sequence of operations - I first applied the nutrients to my hair with the help of the Oleo-Fusion, and then Vita-Cement to finalize the results.  And here you go… WOW effect.  My hair looks silky and smooth. I usually do it four times a month, once a week. This is the best thing I was able to discover so far, and just for the record, I've tried hair laminating procedures before and wasn’t impressed at all, more disappointed.

Due to the Aqua-Tonic Ionic Polymer System, hair is covered with a film that protects against adverse environmental impact. In addition, the Ionic Polymer contains softening luminescent "micro-prisms" that envelop and retain moisture for a long time. The technology of a Reflective Covering gives your hair bright and shining color.

Contained in Chrome Riche Masque are Vitamin E and UV filters protecting your hair from the harmful effects of free radicals and oxidants. As a result, regular use will permanently preserve the natural softness, freshness and hydration. Masque Chrome Riche provides long-term intensity and depth of color-treated hair.

My opinion:  I think this is a well-developed product.  It is very compatible with my hair. Upon first application, my highlighted hair looked very shiny, moisturized and well cared for.   However, with my color treated blond hair, I needed additional treatments, approximately every 3 month.

Kerastase Nectar Thermique - Nutritional Thermal Protection for Dry and Very Dry Hair

From the manufacturer: This leave in cream provides vital force, energy, natural protection, softness and enriches hair with shine. Thanks to an intensive nutrition and thermo protection:  There is no negative impact on your hair from hot air or styling iron use, they are absolutely harmless now! The product envelopes each hair, preventing breakage often caused by blow dryer and styling iron use.  

My opinion:  This product is also excellent. Kerastase Nectar Thermique is my second “MUST HAVE”, it has an amazingly pleasant smell.  Because it doesn’t have a very thick consistency, is very easy to distribute on the hair and doesn’t make your hair look greasy. My hair became vibrant, shiny, and protected from humidity (frizz-free).  It protects my hair so well, that I am not afraid to use my iron on a daily basis anymore.

Kerastase Chroma Termique - Heat Protective Lotion for Color-Treated Hair

From the manufacturer: the protective thermo-shine milk/ lotion for colored treated hair is recommended to be used at home or in a professional salon. Thermo-Shine Chroma Termique Kerastase is a magnificent product.  It helps to protect your hair from the harmful influences of heat caused by styling irons or other tools used in everyday styling & blow-drying.  Due to the unique components of the product, it protects, softens and moisturizes hair, while nourishing your hair from root to tip.

My opinion: This Thermo protection cream is not very thick in its consistency, which makes the application process easy. The cream has a pleasant aroma and is very economical to use. I’ve had mine for over 7 months now and still have plenty left. Another plus, is that your hair will not get messy or dirty looking, even if you overdo with the dosage.  I usually use it on my hair wet, then let it dry naturally or use a blow-dryer. I finish my hair with a styling iron.  In my opinion, with this thermo protection, my hair is very manageable and shiny until the next shampooing. Also a nice bonus is that the thermal protection has a UV filter.

Kerastase Substantif Age Premium – a Nourishing and Invigorating Shampoo with anti-oxidants

From the manufacturer: anti-aging shampoo/bath for mature hair.  This shampoo effectively fights the first signs of age-related changes in mature hair. It protects and moisturizes the hair as well as the scalp.  It restores hair cuticles by nourishes and enriches them with necessary vitamins and minerals.

My opinion:  This shampoo has a medium consistency, and smells like male perfume.  However, the smell isn’t too strong and I actually found it very pleasant. In general, all Kerastase shampoos are very concentrated, which is why it is very economical to use.  You will need about a pea size drop of the shampoo to wash your entire head. It cleanses hair well, but because this is a nourishing shampoo, your hair gets dirty pretty fast.  It would be a great hair care while you are travelling, you would not need to apply conditioner and/or mask after it since your hair will be nourished and moisturized enough. Personally myself, I prefer to use a mask after I shampoo my hair, so for me this shampoo would be a little bit too nourishing. The one thing I can assure you is that the quality of this shampoo is absolutely worth its cost because the shampoo is very concentrated.  One bottle of this product (250 ml) will probably last for 3-5 month, of course, depending on your hair length.
